Article 1 (Scope of Application) These Terms apply to all relationships between customers and the Facility regarding the use of this Service. Individual notices and other information posted on this Service also constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Establishment of Reservation)

1. A reservation is established when the customer submits a reservation request through this Service and the Facility sends a reservation confirmation.
2. For credit card payments, the reservation is confirmed when payment is successfully completed.
3. If there are errors in the reservation details, please contact the Facility promptly.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

1. The usage fee for this Service shall be the amount displayed at the time of reservation.
2. Payment methods include credit card payment or on-site payment, selected at the time of reservation.
3. Credit card payments are processed using the payment service provided by Stripe, Inc.

Article 4 (Cancellation and Changes)

1. Reservation cancellations and changes shall follow the cancellation policy established by the Facility.
2. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be calculated based on the rates specified in the cancellation policy.
3. For cancellations due to customer circumstances, payment processing fees may not be refunded.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions) Customers shall not engage in the following actions when using this Service:

・Actions that violate laws or public order and morals ・Actions that infringe on the rights of the Facility or third parties ・Registering false information ・Actions that interfere with the operation of this Service ・Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Facility

Article 6 (Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination)

1. The Facility may change, suspend, or terminate this Service without prior notice.
2. The Facility shall not be liable if unable to provide this Service due to natural disasters, system failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Facility does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this Service's content.
2. The Facility shall not be liable for damages arising from customers' use of this Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Facility.
3. The Facility's liability is limited to the amount of usage fees paid by the customer.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information) The Facility handles customers' personal information appropriately in accordance with the Facility's Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Facility may change these Terms without prior notice to customers when deemed necessary.
2. Revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on this Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. For disputes related to this Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Facility's location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
